To Warm My Heart on a Winter's Morning

This morning I made Caleb some fried eggs since I know he prefers these to the cold cereal that his big brothers usually get on their way to school. I had a monster headache and was feeling pretty crabby towards the world, trying to get dishes cleaned up, etc. and Caleb turns to me between bites and says, "Mom, thanks so much." And then the sun came out for me.
