March 14, 2008 Marcus's class put on a performance of
The Legend of King Arthur and Marcus got to be Sir Lancelot. For his costume he was mostly able to use Caleb's knight costume from Halloween, but I did make a new tunic and shield. As you can see, the play wasn't memorized, and they performed it on the reading loft out in the hallway between classrooms. It was pretty crowded and Mitchell kept wanting to run, so this was the only picture I managed to get. Marcus's favorite part was when he fought the Black Knight (his buddy, Liam).
